Exports, Reports & White-Label Branding
Analysis is half the job — the other half is packaging it into something you can submit to a funder, attach to a credit memo, or hand to a client. ClearStaq exports in four formats and can brand every page with your identity.
Export Report
On any analyzed document, the Export Report menu offers:

Exports are free — they never consume credits.
Download Files
The Download Files menu returns the source document:
- Original PDF — exactly what was uploaded
- Original PDF with Watermark — the statement re-rendered with your organization's watermark on every page
White-label branding (Settings → Branding)
Control how your organization appears on every exported document:
- Watermark style — Text only, Logo only, or Logo + text
- Logo — PNG, JPG, WebP, or SVG, up to 1 MB
- Watermark text — free text with live placeholders:

Example: {org_name} — CONFIDENTIAL — {client_name} — {date} stamps every page with who packaged it, for whom, and when.
The watermark renders diagonally across every page at ~30% opacity — visible enough to establish provenance, light enough to keep the document readable. The settings page shows a live preview on a sample statement.
Why brokers watermark
- Provenance — a funder receiving your branded package knows who prepared and verified it. Clean, consistent packages get prioritized in funder queues.
- Leak control — watermarked statements that escape your pipeline are traceable to the deal and date.
- Brand presence — every report forwarded between a funder's underwriters carries your name. Deal packaging is quiet marketing.
White-label branding is available on every paid plan (StaqCore and up).
FAQ
Do exports or downloads cost credits? No. Credits are only consumed by analysis. Export and download as much as you like.
Can I export at the client level? The dashboard exports your client list as CSV. Per-document reports are exported from each document; multi-statement uploads can be exported per statement.
Can I remove the ClearStaq branding entirely? Yes — that's the white-label option on StaqScale: your logo, your watermark text, your brand on the output.
What's in the Full Report PDF exactly? Everything visible in the analysis tabs: key metrics, monthly summaries, revenue sources, balance insights (including heatmap), debt/stacking summary, fraud findings, and the P&L.
